SAE Rubber Compensator

Rubber compensators are elastic connectors with turnable SAE flanges. Compensators are used for damping oscilations, vibrations, noisesand movements in axialand transversaldirection. The Songjiang factory specializes in producing various rubber compensators. Feel free to inquire for pricing.

What is the molded SAE rubber compensator?

Compensator SAE 1″ to 5″

Rubber compensators are elastic connectors equipped with turnable SAE flanges. They are designed to dampen oscillations, vibrations, noise, and movements in both axial and transverse directions. The Songjiang factory specializes in producing various rubber compensators, so feel free to inquire about pricing.

Design

Rubber compensators feature a plain surface that is vulcanized to a fabric body (both inside and outside) of the rubber part. The exterior is weather-resistant and protects the fabric against aging, wear, and corrosion. The interior of the rubber part is made of nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), while the outer layer consists of chloroprene rubber (CR). With tightening lips on both sides, additional seals are not necessary.

Use

These compensators are suitable for:

  • All mineral oil products (except synthetic oils)
  • Crude oil
  • Lubricating oil
  • Cooling oil (operating range: -20°C to 80°C)
  • Grease (mineral)
  • Cold water and warm water (up to 60°C)
  • Water/oil emulsions
  • Fuel with up to 30% aromatic content

How does the SAE rubber compensator work?

SAE rubber compensators work as flexible connectors in piping systems, designed to absorb and dampen vibrations and movements in both axial and transverse directions. Made from elastic rubber, they accommodate shifts while preventing stress on pipes and equipment. The turnable SAE flanges facilitate easy installation and alignment, ensuring a secure connection. Their weather-resistant outer layer protects against environmental damage, and they are compatible with a variety of fluids, including oils and emulsions. With tightening lips on both sides, these compensators provide a tight seal, minimizing the risk of leaks and enhancing system integrity.
