KQJZ Type Air Isolator Installation Instructions

Figure 1 )Do not inflate the isolator when it is in an unladen condition.

Figure 2)Slowly raise the equipment using a claw jack, and place a temporary wooden platform beneath the equipment.

Figure 3) Position the isolator at the installation site.

Figure 4) Secure the isolator to the equipment.

Figure 5) Use an inflation tool to inflate the isolator, with a maximum internal pressure of 4.5 kg/cm² (0.44 MPa) and a height of 100 to 110 mm.

Figure 6) Use a level to check the horizontal alignment of the equipment.
